Disabling notifications still sends Beamer Requests

Description
When we disable Xray notifications we are still sending Beamer requests

Pre-conditions

How to reproduce

1. Disable Xray notifications in Xray global settings >> Miscellaneous
2. Disable Xray Notification Settings 
3. Access Test Repository from the left menu

Actual result/Attachments

We can see requests being made to the Beamer endpoint: https://app.getbeamer.com/js/beamer-embed.js

Even tho the notifications are disabled

Expected result
No Requests are made to Beamer
