In the Test Repository, it takes much longer to load the Orphans folder than the All folder

In the Test Repository, it takes about 7x longer to load the Orphans folder than the All folder.

In the example below, the All folder has 226,029 Tests, and it takes around 1.6s to load. Whereas the the Orphans folder, with 215,861 Tests, takes over 11s to load:

Testing this issue in another instance with a large number of Tests, it seems like the load model for the Orphans folder switches after a X number of Tests, becoming much slower than it should be.
