As a user, I can see the issue actions provided by JIRA in Xray sections

Xray issue listings must provide an action button including all actions possible for a JIRA issue. This behaviour should be very similar to the one provided by the JIRA issue search page were for each issue, users can click on the actions button and perform the available actions like cloning, workflow transitions, etc.

Xray sections that should contain these actions are:

• Test Runs list on the Test view issue page.
• Test Sets list on the Test View Issue page.
• Tests list on the Test Set View Issue page.
• Tests Runs list on the Test Execution View Issue page.
• Tests list on the Test Plan view issue page.
• Xray project pages: Tests, Test Sets, Test Executions and Test Plans
