Umlauts in filenames break import of Cucumber Feature files when inside a Zip File

Description

When a Cucumber Feature File is inside a Zipped file with Umault, the Tests are not imported.

How to reproduce

1. When a Cucumber feature file is inside a zipped folder with a Umault in the name, it is not possible to import
2. When a Cucumber feature file is inside a zipped folder without the Umault in the name, it is possible to import
3. If the Feature file is not inside any zipped folder, it is imported even if the name has a Umault or another special character.
