Issue is not pushed into the index when the folder is changed from the Test repository

Description
Issue is not pushed into the index if the folder is changed from the Test repository. This makes it so that when using the Jira API Search method, not to reflect the updated field correctly.
Re-indexing fixes this issue.

Pre-conditions
Have a test issue
Have Test repository folders

How to reproduce

1. Go to the Test repository
2. Move the Test to a different folder
   

Actual result/Attachments

The Updated field is unchanged when retrieved from the Jira API search

Expected result
The Updated field has the same date as the database
