In a Test Issue View page, creation of Inline Test Execution fails if validation pre-creation is OK but creation of issue fails

In a Test Issue View page, when I create an inline Test Execution, if for some reason the validation pre-creation is OK but the creation itself fails, Xray returns a Null Pointer Exception.
