When using Xray Gadget, the filters are not showing when editing the gadget again

Description
If a Filter is not marked as a favorite when accessing Gadget Tests List after adding it if needed to edit it the Filter is not Showing there anymore
This was noticed when using only the Tests List gadget. Attempted using a different one, using a non-Favorite Filter, and when trying to edit the already generated gadget, the Filter still remained there (please find Attached Screen Recording).

How to reproduce

1. Create a Filter
2. Don't set it as Favorite
3. Go to Dashboards
4. Add Gadget >> Tests List
5. Add Filter >> Advanced Search >> Popular >> Add Filter
6. Press Save and check the gadget -> all OK.
7. Hit the 3 dots and choose Edit
8. The Filter is not showing there.

1. Perform the same steps
2. Choose a Different Gadget (add Overall Test Results)
3. Add the same Filter (saved but not marked as Favorite)
4. Hit the 3 dots >> Select Edit
5. The Filter is there
