On a Manual Test, the Add button on a step changes appearance

After trying to add a new empty step to a manual test, after the error message, the Add Button will change appearance from an icon to text.
This occurs also when jumping from a new step field to an already existing field to the new field again, as demonstrated on screenshot-1.
