Font colour palette in Test Steps appears as a thin line instead of square and colour change is inconsistent

Description

When editing Test Steps in a Test issue, the text color palette UI is not rendering correctly.
Instead of displaying color options as visible square blocks (as before), the palette now appears as a thin horizontal line. Additionally, selecting a color does not always apply immediately and often requires multiple clicks.

This impacts usability and makes formatting test steps difficult.

Pre-conditions

• Xray Cloud is installed and configured
• The project should have at least one test with a test step.
• User has access to create/edit Test issues

How to reproduce

1. Open a Test issue in Jira
2. Navigate to the Test Steps section
3. Edit or add a test step
4. Select some text in the step
5. Click on the text color option in the editor toolbar
6. Observe the color palette UI
7. Try changing the text color multiple times (e.g., blue → green → red)

Actual result/Attachments

• The color palette appears as a thin line instead of visible color squares
• Color selection is not consistently applied
• In some cases, the user must click twice for the color change to reflect

Expected result

• The color palette should display clearly visible color squares, as it did previously
• Text color changes should be applied immediately on a single click
