Short Description: Refine the Test Issue search when Importing Test Steps from a Test in order to show only issues of type Test.

Steps to Reproduce:
1 - Navigate to a Manual Test.
2 - Click to Import Steps from a Test issue.
3 - Verify the search field.

Actual Results: It displays all types of issues types.
Expected Results: Should display and suggest only issues of the test type in order improve the user experience and usability.
