As a user, I can set timer values for test runs via API

Description
Users have the ability to set values for timer in the test runs

User friction
User that do not use iterations are unable to log duration times

Steps to reproduce (right now) / Actual Result:
Create a manual test test
Import a test execution via REST API using Xray JSON format

IMPACT
users are unable to set individual test run times unless using a custom test run field or iterations

What would improve if solved:
A cleaner and more efficient test run screen

Current workaround:
Create a custom test run field to pass the duration values
