Short Description: In some XRay instances, the Test Run Assignee is reset to the Assignee of the Test Execution after refreshing the page.

Steps to Reproduce:
1 - Navigate to a Test Execution issue using the xpand cloud instance
2 - Assign the Test Execution issue
3 - Add two or more Tests to it
4 - Assign each Test Run to an Assignee
5 - Refresh the page

Actual Result: The Test Run Assignee is reset to the Test Execution issue Assignee
Expected Result: The Test Run Assignee should keep its value
