As a user, I can access the Test Plan Board for managing Test Plans

Users must be able to access a Test Plan Board for managing Test Plan issues. The idea is that each Test Plan can also be visualized using the Test Plan board. Here users can organize tests using a folder hierarchy. 

The UI must be very similar to the Test repository.

If the Test plan is created from the Test Repository, it should be possible to copy the current hierarchy to the new Test Plan.

The Test plan board will also display the status of Tests and the overall status of the Test plan as well as in each folder. 

A set of actions will be also available from the Test Plan Board like:

• Creating Tests and other entities
• Creating Test executions (iterations)
• Adding Tests to the Test plan

It should also be possible to see all Test Runs for a given Test. These will be displayed in a dialog, just like on the Test Plan issue.
