AI Test Case creation uses the wrong "Test" issue type: it picks the custom one instead of Xray's renamed Test (e.g., "Xray Test").

Description:
When the Xray "Test" issue type is renamed (e.g., to "Xray Test") and a custom issue type named "Test" exists in the project/space, the AI Beta Test Cases generation creates custom "Test" issues instead of the intended Xray Test issues.

Pre-conditions:

• In the project/space, rename Xray's "Test" issue type to "Xray Test" (or similar).

• Ensure a custom issue type named "Test" is available.

How to reproduce:

1. Navigate to a Requirement issue or Test Repository.

1. Use the AI Beta feature to generate Test Cases.

Actual result:
AI generates custom "Test" issues instead of Xray "Xray Test" issues. 

Expected result:
AI should intelligently detect and generate Xray Test issues (regardless of renaming), prioritizing Xray over custom types.
