Short Description: Server Error - Error Getting scoped Test Runs: Sort exceeded memory limit occurs when exporting Test Runs List in the Traceability Report.

Steps to Reproduce:
1 - Navigate to the Tests Runs List Report
2 - Select a Project with more than 300.000 Test Runs in the Filters
3 - Apply the filters
4 - Generate the report
5 - Click to Export

Actual Result: The export keeps loading and an error is displayed in the console: Server Error - Error Getting scoped Test Runs: Sort exceeded memory limit
Expected Result: The file should be exported
