[Document Generator] Error occurs and document cannot be downloaded after it was generated for some time

Description
The generated document can be downloaded at the beginning. However, a few minutes after the document was generated and before the 10-minute limit ends, an error occurs when trying to download the file. The file cannot be downloaded anymore.

Pre-conditions

How to reproduce

1. Open Issue Navigator
2. Select Tests
3. Export using Document Generator
4. When the document is generated, download the document
5. With 7 minutes left, download the document again.

Actual result/Attachments

Expected result

The generated document should remain downloadable before the 10-minute limit ends.
