When creating a Call Test, search ignores issue key and matches issue summary instead

Description

How to reproduce

1. Create four Test issues and add test steps to them.
2. Open the first Test you created (for example, XRAYTESTPRI-1).
3. Open the Test issue XRAYTESTPRI-1, scroll down to Test Details, click between two test steps, and select Call Test.
4. In the search field, enter the issue key of another Test (for example, XRAYTESTPRI-2, a migrated test case).

Actual result/Attachments:

• The test case cannot be found, so it cannot be added.

• However, if you search using the issue summary of XRAY-2, the test is displayed and can be selected.

Expected result:

• The Call Test search should return results when searching by issue key, allowing the Test to be found and added correctly.
