API Key creation screen: sort user results alphabetically and display email alongside name to prevent misidentification

User friction

This creates a significant challenge when multiple users share the same name or when a single user has multiple accounts.

This led to delays due to incorrect API key associations. In several cases, multiple keys had to be created before identifying the correct user, since profile details are only visible after clicking into the account post-creation

Steps to reproduce (right now) / Actual Result:

• Go to Jira Administration >> Xray Settings >> API Keys
• Search by any user name - you can see that the results are not sorted by name.
