In the Test Executions List Report, when expanding the Tests section, in the Defects column, Test Steps Defects are not appearing.

Only the global ones.

How to reproduce

1. Execute a Manual Test and add 1 overall Defect and 1 Test Step
2. Generate the Test Executions List Report
3. Check the Test Execution and expand the Test Section
