Issue keys in test steps not converting to clickable links

Description: Issue keys in test steps are not converting to clickable links

User friction: The user has to copy the URL and then add it to the Test Steps. 

Steps to reproduce (right now) / Actual Result: 
1) Create a Test case and add a Test Steps to it.
2) Write an Issue Key in Test steps and press space/enter, the key does not convert into a link.

IMPACT: NA

What would improve if solved: As Jira offers this feature in Jira fields like Description, the expectation remains the same. 

Impact on stakeholders: To be in complaint with Jira features. 

Current workaround: Copy the URL from the browser and paste it into Test Steps.
