[Test Runs List Report] Elapsed Time in report and exported CSV is different for Test with non final custom status

Description
When exporting a Test Runs List Report for a Test Run with a non final custom status, the Elapsed Time is different from what is shown in the report.

Pre-conditions
Create a Custom Status

How to reproduce

1. Create a Test Execution
2. Add a Test
3. Set Test to a (Final)Custom Status
4. Change Custom Status from Final to NonFinal
5. Open Test Runs List
6. Export CSV

Actual result/Attachments
Test Runs List Report showing 0 millisec
Exported CSV
Expected result

It should match the value in the report.
