Migration: Tests not assigned to folders in Test Repository

After a Server-to-Cloud migration, tests are not being correctly mapped to their respective folders in the Test Repository.

Although the folder hierarchy is recreated correctly and the migration completes without errors, all migrated tests appear in the root folder instead of their designated folders.
