Description
The availability of the Document Generator in the Reporting Center depends on the user’s permissions. Additionally, the message should be more explicit that you don't have permission to access the feature.
User friction
An error is showing when the user doesn't have global permission
Steps to reproduce (right now) / Actual Result:
Open the Reporting Center and press the Document Generator option

What would improve if solved:
Possibility and with the correct permissions, usage of the Document Generator from the Reporting Center
Current workaround:
The user needs to have global admin permissions to use the option
