    Description

      Currently, when an API call fails due to insufficient permissions, the error shows:
      "Error collecting Jira information for issue '1224679', the project may need to be re-indexed!"

      This message is misleading. It would be much clearer if the error specifically indicated when the issue is caused by missing API user permissions.
