When converting a Sub Test Execution to a Test Execution(and vice versa) using Bulk Operation, Test and TestRun information is not retained.

Pre-conditions
Have a Sub Test Execution with Tests

How to reproduce

1. Open Issue Navigator
2. Search Sub Test Execution
3. Click 'Bulk change work items'
4. Selecct the Sub Test Execution
5. Choose 'Move Work items'
6. Select destination projects and issue type, Test Execution
7. Confirm

Expected result
It should keep Test and TestRun data

Use 'Convert to Work Item' when converting Sub Test Execution to Test Execution (and vice versa)
