Support cloning of Xray Test Data by third-party Jira apps (Bulk Clone / Clone Plus)

Currently, when customers use third-party Jira apps (e.g., Bulk Clone / Clone Plus for Jira) to clone Test issues, Xray data, such as Test Steps, may not be copied, as these apps typically clone only Jira fields rather than Xray entities.

The Xray supports Jira’s native bulk operations (e.g., Bulk Move) and preserves all Xray data. So, it would be great to have something similar for other apps.
