Unable to add tests to an execution directly from a test plan in testing board

We have identified an issue where users may receive an error message stating "Test(s) were not added" when creating a new Test Execution from a Test Plan in the testing board. This occurs in certain projects where specific Jira fields (like 'Fix Versions') are configured as read-only or are hidden from the user's screen. Even though the Test Execution is created, the system incorrectly determines that the user lacks the necessary permissions to link Tests to it.
