Testing Board becomes unrecoverable when an invalid JQL filter is saved

When a user sets a custom JQL filter on the Testing Board and the JQL is invalid, the board gets stuck on a loading spinner every time they navigate to it. The user has no way to edit or reset the filter from the UI, leaving them permanently blocked. Other users on the same project are not affected.
