    Description

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create a Test
      2. Add a Test to a folder in the Test Repository
      3. Archive the Test work item
      4. Reload the folder

      Actual Result: An error flag appears stating that there are Invalid Issues

      Expected Result: No error flag is show
