Test Runs List Open/Closed defect columns are swapped in CSV export

When exporting the Test Runs List report to CSV, defects linked to test runs may appear under the wrong column — defects that are shown as Open in the UI appear under Closed in the CSV and vice versa.

This issue occurs under specific Jira workflow configurations and affects both defects linked at the global level and at the step level of a test run.
