While clearing the storage, user tries to delete the attachments, the process is stuck at 100% and do not refresh.

Actual result/Attachments
The deletion process is stuck at 100% completion on Xray UI, whereas actual storage deletion is completed.
Expected result
The deletion process should show completed on Xray UI when actual storage deletion is completed.
