As a user, I want to select the project when creating a Test Execution from the Test Coverage panel on a requirement issue

When creating a new Test Execution from the Test Runs tab of a Test issue, it is possible to select the Project in which the Test Execution will be created, as seen below:

However, when creating a new Test Execution from the Test Coverage panel on a requirement issue, it is not possible to select the project:

As a user, I would like for the behavior to be the same in both cases, allowing me to select the project when creating a new Test Execution from the Test Coverage panel.
