As a user, I would like to be directed to a Testing Board home when clicking on the Testing Board, rather than the last page visited

Right now, when opening the Testing Board, you are always directed to the last page visited previously on the Testing Board.

For example:

1. Open a Test Execution through the Testing Board on any project.
2. Close the browser tab.
3. Open the same project on a different tab, and then open the Testing Board.
4. You will be directed to the same Test Execution that had been opened before.

However, often times what the user really wants is to access the Testing Board home, rather than that issue that was being viewed before.

So as a user, I would like to be able to define one page within the Testing Board as home (for exemple, the Test Repository), and then always be directed to that home when accessing the Testing Board.
