Test Run comment field content is truncated after migration from Xray DC to Xray Cloud

Description

Test Runs are pure Xray entities stored in Xray's own database on both platforms (in the AO_8B1069_TEST_RUN table on DC, and in Xray's Cloud database on Cloud). The Test Run comment field on DC does not enforce a character limit, while on Xray Cloud the same field has a limit of 8,188 characters.

When performing a DC-to-Cloud migration, Test Run comments exceeding 8,188 characters are truncated, and no warning or indication is provided to the customer during or after the migration.

Steps to Reproduce

1. On an Xray DC instance, open a Test Execution and navigate to a Test Run
2. Enter a comment exceeding 8,188 characters in the Test Run comment field and save
3. Perform a DC-to-Cloud migration including the affected Test Execution
4. On the resulting Xray Cloud instance, navigate to the migrated Test Run and inspect the comment field

Actual Result

The comment is truncated at 8,188 characters with no indication that this has occurred.

Expected Result

Comments should be migrated in full, or customers should be clearly informed during or after the migration that some Test Run comments could not be fully migrated due to a field length difference between the two platforms, so they can take the appropriate action.
