As a User, I can create a new Backup with a higher frequency

As a User, I can create a new Backup with a higher frequency.

Currently, it is not possible to trigger a backup job using API calls more frequently than every 6 hours, as stated here.

But it is not enough for some customers' specific needs. It should be possible to allow backups to be created with a higher frequency, e.g., every 2 or 3 hours.
