App custom fields don't behave as expected on Create Issue screens triggered by Xray

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install any apps that use their own custom fields, and add those custom fields to the Create/Edit Screen of the Test issue type.
2. Open a Test Execution issue, go to its 'Tests' section, and click on 'Add Tests' > 'New test', in order to create a new Test issue directly from there.

Expected result:

All custom fields configured in the Create/Edit screen for Test issues should be present and behave as expected, in exactly the same way it would if the Test issue was created through the 'Create' button from Jira.
