References to deleted files from Evidence should also be removable.

How to reproduce

1. Go to a Test Run and delete one Global/Step Evidence

Actual result/Attachments

In some situations, it happens that evidence does not exist in S3 (Xray file storage); it has either never existed or was deleted, but somehow the reference in the test run is still there. The "Evidence" cannot be deleted, and the page freezes in loading mode.

Expected result

The evidence or its reference should be deleted.
