As a user, I want to search for Tests by issue ID without requiring the project key prefix

Problem Statement: When searching for a Test by its ID in Xray Cloud, the search only returns results if the full issue key is entered (e.g. AQA-123). Searching by the numeric ID alone returns no results or unrelated tests. This breaks the expected Jira search behavior and forces users to remember or look up the project key before they can locate a test.

Impact: Affects daily QA workflows for teams working across multiple projects or with large test suites. Users lose context mid-review when a simple ID lookup fails, increasing navigation time and frustration. Reported as a recurring friction point by an active QA team during structured usage feedback. Impacts usability and onboarding confidence.

Current Workaround: Users must always include the project key prefix when searching. No configuration option exists to change this behavior.
