As a user, I want keyword search in Xray to return only Tests where the keyword appears in the summary or steps

Problem Statement: Keyword search in Xray Cloud currently returns unrelated tests even when the searched keyword does not appear in the test summary or any step. The relevance ranking and indexing logic is unclear to users, making search unreliable as a navigation tool. This is particularly problematic in large test suites where the noise-to-signal ratio is high.

Impact: Affects QA teams relying on search to locate specific tests during active review or execution cycles. Unreliable results force users to manually browse folders instead, increasing time spent on navigation. Reported as a recurring frustration by an active QA team in structured usage feedback. Current Workaround: Users resort to manual folder browsing or apply multiple filters to narrow results. No configuration option exists to restrict keyword search scope.
