Description
When users try to access or configure certain Xray areas(Xray Space Settings, Testing Board) without the required permissions, only a generic error message is displayed.
User friction
Users do not understand why the action failed, as the error is too generic. This can cause users to think there is a system issue.
Steps to reproduce (right now) / Actual Result:
1. Open a Testing Board in a project where the user has no browse permissions.
2. A generic error is displayed, such as "Something went wrong on our end"
