Jira Data Transfer Adds "AI GENERATED" Tag To All Transferred Tests

Description
As an admin, when I do a data transfer from one instance to another, the tests show the "AI GENERATED" label in the target instance even if these were created manually. 

Pre-conditions

Be organization admin in both instances

How to reproduce

1. Go to https://admin.atlassian.com/ 
2. Select Source Instance Organization
3. On the left menu click Data management then Data Transfer
4. Create a transfer plan 
5. Go through the steps selecting the Source and the Destination instances
6. Select the project to transfer
7. Wait for it to finish and observe the test repository for the project

Actual result/Attachments

The tests in the test repository come with an additional label "AI GENERATED"

Expected result

The tests in the repository have the same labels/tags as the Source
