Project reindex fails silently when Test Execution environment sync fails

Description

Reindexing a project fails with error "There were errors while synchronizing Jira Issues with Xray database. Please contact your Jira Administrator." even after required role permissions are added and workflow states are adjusted.

Pre-conditions

Xray Cloud instance containing Test Execution issues. During project reindex, Xray attempts to synchronize Test Execution environment entity properties back to Jira.

Steps to Reproduce

• Navigate to the project reindex page in Xray.

• Trigger a full project reindex.

• Observe the error message on the reindex completion screen.

Actual result/Attachments

Reindex displays error: "There were errors while synchronizing Jira Issues with Xray database." Reindex is marked as failed even though some issues may sync successfully. The reindex job record contains detailed error information, but the UI shows only the generic message.

Expected result

Reindex completes successfully without error.

Workaround

This requires backend investigation and fix.
