Possibility to see the create date of Xray API Keys

Description

Provide the ability to view the creation date of Xray API Keys in the Xray Cloud administration interface.

Currently, users can view the available API keys and perform management actions, but there is no indication of when each key was created. Displaying the creation timestamp would improve key lifecycle management, auditing, and troubleshooting.

User friction

When multiple API keys exist, administrators cannot determine which keys are older or recently created.

Steps to reproduce (right now) / Actual Result:

1. Navigate to Xray Settings - API Keys.
2. Review the list of existing API keys.

IMPACT

What would improve if solved:

Administrators would be able to:

• Identify older or potentially unused API keys.
• Audit API key lifecycle more effectively.
• Simplify key rotation and security reviews.
• Improve troubleshooting when investigating authentication-related issues.

• Customers managing multiple integrations with Xray.

Current workaround:
Maintain an external record (spreadsheet) of when each API key was created.
