Downloading Evidence attachments from Test Runs does not trigger the correct file download

Description
When attempting to download an attachment from the Evidence section of a Test Run, the download action does not trigger the correct file download.

Instead of downloading the selected attachment, an incorrect download action is executed, preventing users from retrieving the expected evidence file. This impacts the ability to access and review Test Run evidence directly from the application.

Pre-conditions

• A Test Run contains 6 Evidences.
• The attachments are accessible from the Test Run details.

How to reproduce

1. Open a Test Run that contains at least 6 Evidence attachments.
2. Navigate to the Evidences section.
3. Click the download option for the sixth.

Actual result/Attachments

Clicking the download option for an Evidence attachment does not download the correct file. The expected attachment is incorrect download action is triggered.

Expected result

Clicking the download option for an Evidence attachment should download the selected file associated with the Test Run Evidence.

Workaround

There is currently no workaround.
