When a project is created using an existing project configuration, the Testing Board is not visible. It only appears after performing a project reindex.

Description
When creating a new project using the "Create with existing project configuration" option, the Testing Board is not created/visible. The Testing Board only becomes available after performing a project reindex.
During replication, I observed the same behaviour. However, after reindexing the project, the Test Repository is still not visible.
Pre-conditions
Xray installed and licensed.
Existing project configured with Xray.
User has permission to create projects and access Xray features.
How to reproduce

1. Navigate to Spaces → Create Space.
2. Select Create with existing project configuration.
3. Choose an existing Xray enabled project as the template.
4. Complete the project creation.
5. Open the newly created project.
6. Observe that the Testing Board is not available.
7. Perform a Project Reindex.
8. Refresh the project.

Actual result / Attachments
The Testing Board is not available immediately after project creation.
After performing a project reindex, the Testing Board becomes visible.
During my replication, although the Testing Board appeared after reindexing, the Test Repository was still not visible.

Workaround
1. Perform a project reindex after creating the project. This makes the Testing Board available; however, it does not restore the Test Repository in my replication, so the workaround is only partially effective.
2. Create a Test or Test Execution issue in the affected project, then open the Test Repository from the issue-level Xray panel. This initializes the Test Repository, making it visible and accessible for the project.
