    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Open Xray Peek (https://internal.xray-peek.cloud.getxray.app/), find the tenant site, and go to the Settings tab.
      2. Under Global Issue Types, remap one or more Xray issue types to use a different issue type ID.
      3. Open any company-managed project on the target site, then go to Space settings > Apps > Xray Settings > Summary, and confirm that the issue type used by Xray has been remapped to the new one.
      4. Alternatively, go to the Operations tab on Xray Peek, and confirm the remapping by clicking on Xray Issue Types (Jira).
      5. After that, reinstall Xray on the target site (either through the Health Check screen, or through the Jira administration).

      Actual result:

      • Reinstalling the app causes the issue types used by Xray to revert back to the originals (the issue types created by Xray during the oiriginal installation on the site).
      • This can be verified on Xray Peek (Global Issue Types on the Settings tab/Xray Issue Types (Jira) on the Operations tab), as well as the site itself (Summary page for the Xray Settings on any project).

      Expected result:

      • The issue type mappings should not be affected by reinstalling the app.
      • If a reset were intentional, it should be explicit/confirmed, not silent.
