Basic Filter does not support wildcard (*) search

Description
The Basic Filter does not return the expected results when using the wildcard * in a search value, instead, it returns an error.

How to reproduce

1. Open a Test Execution
2. Go to the Tests section
3. Open the Basic Filter
4. Select Summary as the field.
5. Enter a value using the wildcard , for example: Summary
6. Click Apply

Actual result/Attachments
An error occurs.

Expected result
The Basic Filter should support all valid JQL searches, including wildcard * searches.

Use Advanced Filter
