When opening the Testing Board to view a Test Execution, all filters are being loaded, which causes performance problems when opening pages.

Steps to reproduce:

1 - Open Testing Board

2 - Open a Test Plan in the Board

3 - Open the Test Executions page:

Actual Result:

The page keeps loading and eventually gets stuck loading.

This happens because all filters are being loaded when opening this page:
