A specific Test Plan does not appear when searching from the Add Tests to Test Plan dialog.

Description
A specific Test Plan does not appear in the Add Tests to Test Plan search dialog, although the Test Plan exists and works correctly in Jira search.

Pre-conditions

How to reproduce

1. Create a Test Plan.
2. Click Add Tests to Test Plan.
3. Search for the Test Plan using the Select tab.
4. Search for the same Test Plan using the JQL tab.
5. Observe the search results.

Actual result/Attachments

• The Test Plan is not returned in either the Select or JQL search.
• The Test Plan is accessible through Jira search.

Expected result
The Test Plan should appear in the Add Tests to Test Plan dialog when it matches the search criteria.
