JQL stops recognizing the saved filter after some time, but works again after the filter is updated.

Description

The requirementTests() JQL function is unable recognise the filter after some time(30 min)

Pre-conditions

• A saved filter exists that returns Requirement issues.

How to reproduce

1. Create a saved filter containing Requirement issues.

1. Execute:
   issue in requirementTests("Saved Filter Name")

1. Verify results are returned.

1. Wait for some time.

1. Execute the same JQL again.

Actual result/Attachments

The query fails with the error:

Argument '<Saved Filter Name>' is not a valid Requirement issue nor a valid saved filter.

Editing the saved filter makes the query work again temporarily.

Expected result

The saved filter should always be resolved correctly by requirementTests().
